A poset Phi(n) whose maximal chains are in bijection with the n x n alternating sign matrices

For an integer n >= 1, we display a poset Phi(n) whose maximal chains are in bijection with the n xn alternating sign matrices. The Hasse diagram (Phi) over cap (n) is obtained from the n-cube by adding some edges. We show that the dihedral group D-2n acts on (Phi) over cap (n) as a group of automorphisms.
