摘要

The lifeline disaster prevention. and mitigation engineering is a multi-system management process. The comprehensive information of lifeline engineering being quickly obtained after earthquake may help us ensure the fast and efficient rescue, thus one building information modeling of urban lifeline disaster prevention and mitigation will be proposed based on multi- dimensional and micro-information storage. The model is divided into the following four modules: data integration module, establishment and preliminary evaluation module, analysis of function module, and integrated application module, which will help implement sharing information resources for different tasks. In this model the factors that affect planning before the earthquake and recovery after earthquake are considered, characteristics of application modes are analyzed from the following five aspects: location and analysis, team working, maintenance information management in life cycle, disaster prediction and post-disaster recovery simulation, management of underground disaster space. Then a comprehensive urban lifeline disaster management platform is proposed based on the building information modeling as the key link which is characterized by integrity, visibility and collaboration. In this paper, the application is introduced by taking one city's building information modeling of water supply network disaster prevention and mitigation as an example. The results indicate that this model is practical to provide strategic decisions for disaster prevention and mitigation.
