摘要

This paper demonstrated the magnetic and dielectric properties of NiZnCu ferrite Ag co-fired ceramics. After sintered at 910 degrees C, Ag fillers homogeneously dispersed in the dense ferrite matrix to enhance permittivity. The co-fired samples have high and equal values of permeability and permittivity within 3-30 MHz, which endows them with advantages for antenna miniaturization, including good impedance matching (Z = 1) to the free space, high refractive index of 23.2-26.8 and very low dielectric and magnetic loss (tan delta(epsilon) < 0.005 and tan delta(mu) < 0.03).
