摘要
Psychological theory was used to analyze the effect and principle of shadowboxing and the effect on human mood and it was found that human mood may be enhanced as a result of the following benefits of regular practice of Taiji. A: Organism feedback is ongoing with regular practice. B:A relaxed and free feeling after practice. C: Taiji practice maintains and even enhances the function and performance of the nervous system with regular practice. D: Feelings of depression are significantly reduced as a result of the physical and mental exercise gained by regular practice of the movements and breathing employed by the various movements in the Taiji exercises. E: The concentration and physical exertion that is used in Taiji has the effect of controlling the temperament of individuals who practice regularly.
