alpha-particle production in He-6+Sn-120 collisions

The collision He-6+ Sn-120 has been investigated at four energies near the Coulomb barrier. A large yield of a particles has been detected, with energies around the energy of the scattered He-6 beam. The energy and angular distributions of the a particles have been analyzed and compared with breakup and neutron transfer calculations.
