Rough set theory is a mathematical tool to deal with imprecision and uncertainty in data analysis. The lower and upper approximations of a set respectively characterize the non-numeric and numeric uncertain aspects of the available information. In this paper, we study upper and lower approximation reductions in IVF decision information systems by using rough set theory.
