摘要

The laboratory static experiments and leaching dynamic experiments were conducted to analyze and investigate arsenic contamination in the water environment with tailings of the arsenic fine gold in Dandong region of Liaoning Province of China. Atomic fluorescence spectrometry analysis results showed that the concentration of arsenic in the tailings reached 28220 mu g/g, while XPS and energy dispersive spectroscopy showed that the arsenic in the tailings existed in the trivalent forms of arsenic, which was supported by the leaching experiments. The leaching experiments also showed that the concentration of trivalent arsenic in the leaching fluid increased from approximately 30 mu g/L to 90 mu g/L. The main mechanism of arsenic release was the dissolution of minerals.
