摘要

NO emission of bituminous coal and anthracite during combustion in O2/CO2 atmosphere were studied at 1073 K and 21%~100% oxygen in a horizontal tube oven. The results show that NO formed in O2/CO2 atmosphere is less than half of that in air. It is believed that CO formed through heterogeneous reaction is the main factor for the NO reduction. NO increases with oxygen concentration until levels out. The emission process of NO is affected by fuel types. A lot of NO will be formed accompanied with the massive CO emission during devolatilization of the bituminous, while the anthracite not. The fuel nitrogen conversion ratio to NO of the anthracite is larger than that of the bituminous. ? 2011 Chinese Society for Electrical Engineering.
