In the title compound, C22H24N2O4, the molecules are linked into sheets by O-H center dot center dot center dot O and C-H center dot center dot center dot pi hydrogen bonds, leading to fused R-2(2)(10) rings which form sheets parallel to the (001) plane. A crystallographic twofold rotation axis passes through the central benzene ring.
