摘要
The training of emergency physicians is very important for the development of emergency department and emergency medicine.We need to cultivate the emergency professionals with solid theory and comprehensive technics,rather than the physicians with first aid ability or general practitioners.Therefore,we must practice and continuous improvement in the standard training methods."Four step teaching method"is a method worth popularizing future emergency medicine teaching.
