Businesses Complex adaptive system (CAS) approach is effective for modeling supply chain system with structural and behavioral dynamics. There are material flow. information flow and fund flow in supply chain, and the most important and essential one is information flow. This paper proposes a complex adaptive supply chain network model based on information message transfer in terms of the forming mechanism Of Supply chain. The dynamical growth of the whole network is simulated: isolated nodes randomly distributed in the environment build connections by sending messages to each other; each node decides how to build connection based on priority degree of nodes. This model forms a complex adaptive supply chain network which will adapt the dynamic. environment quickly and optimally from bottom to top.
