摘要
The possibility of diagnosing the state of single-celled algae in liquid media using their luminescent parameters was analyzed. It was concluded that the conventional method of induction curves was hardly applicable for the diagnosis of single-celled algae in suspensions. Instead, the functional state of the cells could be evaluated using their stationary photoluminescence spectra. Recommendations for optimizing the corresponding experiment were given.
