摘要

A gas chromatography coupled with mass spectrometry (GC/MS) method for the simultaneous determination of chlorpromazine and diazepam in pork samples, which are two of the most often used antipsychotics, has been developed and validated. The samples were prepared and purified by solid-phase extraction (SPE), and then were analyzed by GC/MS. Chromatography was performed using an HP-5 MS 5% phenyl-95% methylpolysiloxane fused silica capillary column (30 m x 0.25 mu m; film thickness 0.25 mm). The method had a linear calibration curve over the range 10-500 ng mL(-1) (r > 0.99), recovery (>66.5% for chlorpromazine and >77.4% for diazepam), precision (%RSD < 11.5% for chlorpromazine and <9.5% for diazepam). The limit of quantification for both chlorpromazine and diazepam was 2.0 mu g kg(-1). This method can result in faster analysis, lower solvent consumption and less workload per sample while maintaining or even improving sensitivity.
