摘要

To enhance the robustness of traditional PI controller, an adaptive PI controller is proposed in real-time speed control system for PMSLM. In this new approach, firstly, based on the controlled model and the improved integral time multiplied absolute error performance index (ITAE), a high performance genetic algorithm (GA) supplies PI controller with offline control parameters for global optimization solution. Secondly, according to the variations of controlled model in the operating conditions, optimal PI control parameters based on GA will be unsatisfactory for desired speed accuracy, thus reasonable PI control parameters are tuned online by rule-based wavelet neural network (WNN), which considers offline control parameters to avoid local optima. Hence, the control performance of speed control system is enhanced. The efficacy and usefulness of the proposed controller are verified through experimental results.
