摘要

For providing references on adding HC and NO limits in current remote sensing emission measurement regulation of Beijing municipality besides CO, a static standard gas comparative experiment using remote sensing monitoring device, a correlation experiment between remote sensing measurement accuracy and vehicle speed, and a comparative experiment on exhaust pollution values between remote sensing condition and BASM5024 driving mode condition are conducted. The results indicate that the static standard gas measurement using remote sensing method has a high accuracy with the maximum mean relative error not more than 5, and when vehicle speed is less than 40 km/h, the emission values of CO, HC and NO have no obvious change, while NO shows a certain downward trend with the increase in vehicle speed. The results of comparative experiment between remote sensing condition and BASM5024 operating condition show that there are a rather strong linear correlation between two conditions for CO and NO, but not for HC, therefore it is appropriate to add NO emission limit in remote sensing regulation on the basis of validation by a large amount of experiments.
