摘要

Application of PPC theory and method made bidding evaluation model for engineering construction project based on PPC. The multi-dimension data can be changed into one-dimension data space by finding the optimum projection direction, avoiding human interference of determining index weights in the method of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive judgment, and the evaluation results will be more scientific and reasonable by increasing constraints. At the same time, we used the method of RAGA to solve the model and then the optimum projection direction and the value of project function can be obtained, avoiding weaknesses of excessive optimization workload and premature local convergence of traditional genetic algorithms. The illustrative case was given to demonstrate that the model is feasible and reasonable, providing a new approach and idea for bidding evaluation of a general engineering construction project.
