摘要
Silicon powders and different amounts of multiwalled carbon nanotube were mechanically alloyed in polyacrynitrile solution via high speed planetary ball milling. Produced composite was characterised via X-ray diffraction pattern, scanning electron microscopy, energy dispersive spectroscopy and thermogravimetric analysis. DOI: 10.12693/APhysPolA.123.398
