摘要

A study was conducted to analyze the noncatalytic and catalytic supercritical ethanolysis (SCE) of wheat stalk powder (WSP) using CaO/Al 2O3 and CaO/Al2O3/Fe 3O4 as catalysts. WSP weighing about 10g, 0 or 1g a catalyst, and 150 ml of ethanol were placed into a 500ml stainless-steel, magnetically stirred autoclave. Each reaction mixture was taken out from the autoclave as clearly as possible with ethanol and filtrated through a membrane filter with a pore size of 0.8 μm. The residue was repeatedly washed with ethanol to extract the residual ethanol-extractable fraction (EEF) completely. The results show that EEF yields are 40.2, 53.3, 96.9, and 77.1% from noncatalytic, CaO/Al2O3-catalyzed, fresh CaO/Al 2O3/Fe3O4-catalyzed, and recovered CaO/Al2O3/Fe3O4-catalyzed SCEs of WSP, respectively.
