摘要
Spectral luminescence properties of suspension based on a nematic liquid crystal (LC) doped with CdSe/ZnS semiconductor quantum dots (QDs) with a core size of 5.0 nm have been studied. The LC luminescence is found to significantly decrease (up to 94%) at a QD concentration of about 0.2 wt %, and a hypsochromic peak shift of 20 nm is revealed.
