摘要
A new encoder/decoder structure, called the 'dynamic encoder/decoder', for optical code-division-multiple-access (CDMA) network applications is proposed. Two theoretical models, including Z-transform in RF signals and electromagnetic. fields in optical signals, are built to describe the signal transmission characteristics for the dynamic encoder/decoder. Suitable optical parameters of the dynamic optical encoder/decoder can be determined easily by comparing the frequency responses of the electrical control signals and the optical. fields.
