摘要

The swine manure and distiller's grains were used as fermentation raw materials. Batch experiments of anaerobic co-digestion were carried to investigate methane production potential at five mixing ratios (swine manure/distiller's grains TS ratio 100:0, 95:5, 90:10, 80:20, 50:50), and its characteristics of ternary pH buffer system were studied. The results indicated that mixing proportions of swine manure and distiller's grains significantly affected the methane production per unit of VS. The highest unit VS methane yield occurred at the TS ratio proportion of 95:5, and methane yield was 271 mL?g-1(VSadded), 6.2% higher than that of swine manure. The cumulative methane production of two fermentation groups of manure, manure/distiller TS ratio of 95:5, fit with the modified Gompertz equation very well (R2=0.993 3; R2=0.989 6), had no significant lag period. Due to distiller's grains rich in sulfate, it affected the methane production. The results of VFAs-ammonia-TIC ternary pH buffer system showed that because of low alkalinity in the distiller's grains, with increase of adding distiller's grains, the pH of the system deviated from the proper pH buffer area resulting in an excessively high acidity of the system and delaying the anaerobic fermentation.
