摘要

With carbon fiber felt as preform and thermosetting resin as precursor, impregnation-curing-carbonization process is employed to prepare a new type of low density heat insulation carbon/carbon composite, and the influence factors of the density including solution concentration, type of resin and felt, type and concentration of agglutinant as well as curing pressure are studied, the optimal condition of each factor is fixed. Through studying SEM photographs of samples after carbonization, causes of micro-defects are discussed. The results show that when long carbon fiber felt is preform, furan resin is precursor, solution concentration is 8%, agglutinant type is epoxy resin, curing pressure is 1200 MPa, density of sample is 0.17 g/cm3, thermal conductivity of sample is 0.19 W/(m&middotK).
