摘要
Cisplatin-like derivatives have been made from the reaction of chitosan and tetrachloroplatinate. The products are partially water soluble.\ Mass spectrometry, elemental analysis, and infrared spectroscopy results are consistent with chelation occurring between the amine groups on the chitosan and the tetrachloroplatinate forming H2N-Pt-NH(2)linkages to the chitosan rings.
