摘要
Alkaloid composition of the aerial parts and the roots of Thalictrum flavum L. and Thalictrum aquilegifolium L. (Ranunculaceae) were investigated. From Tit. flavum 10 isoquinoline alkaloids of bisbenzylisoquinoline, aporphine and protoberberine type and from Th. aquilegifolium L. 2 aporphine alkaloids were isolated. The structures of all the alkaloids were determined by use of physical and spectral data. The bisbenzylisoquinoline alkaloids thaligosidine and thalisopidine and the protoberberine alkaloid columbamine are new for Th. flavum, while the aporphine alkaloid corydine - for Th. aquilegifolium.
