摘要
With the domestic economic and social development,the requirement of safety professionals will be further expanded and engineering safety professionals(ESPs)with versatile abilities are going to play more and more important roles in the field of industrial safety.Probing into the both sides of versatile and engineering abilities of ESPs,which include knowledge structure,training mode and development planning,was made.And the education and training system was also constructed for the improvement on the education of ESPs in China.
