A new entangled state vertical bar eta;theta > proposed by the technique of integral within an ordered product. A generalized Hadamard transformation is derived by virtue of vertical bar eta;theta >, which plays a role of Hadamard transformation for ((a) over cap (1)sin theta - (a) over cap (2) cos theta) and ((a) over cap (1) cos theta + (a) over cap (2) sin theta).
